SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We process all orders daily or as soon as practically possible, as soon as an order is processed for in-stock items.. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00. We cannot specify a time for the delivery. This is part of the standard delivery charge associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service. We advise you make sure somebody is present at the delivery address as a signature is required.

 

For all UK Mainland orders, Country2Western have a standard shipping charges as detailed when your order is purchased for delivery, these charges are subject to change in line with postal fee's.

Where an underpayment for shipping is made, the purchaser will be contacted for the additional payment.

We do not currently ship Internationally. Customers will be refunded any monies paid outside the UK.

Making A Purchase 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our page menu, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GBP or your own currency.

We accept most types of online payments.

 

EASY RETURNS

We allow 28 days for the return of goods for exchange or refund. We refund the cost price of the goods, but not the carriage charge. You the customer are liable for all costs of returning goods. We recommend you either return the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery or Proof of Postage . Country2Western cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Make sure all goods are returned in the same condition as you received them. Eg Shirts are on hangers (where supplied) and have their protective covering. Boots must only be tried on carpet, and re-wrapped in the tissue supplied. Boot boxes are not to be written on. Failure to do this may result in a 20% re-stocking charge.
